How to Qualify:

- Your friend must begin treatment by signing a contract and making a down payment within the promotional period.
- During their initial appointment, your friend should mention your name as the referring patient.
- Ensure an official start of treatment with a scan is completed within the specified dates.

To qualify for the promotion, a current patient of St. Clair Orthodontics must refer a friend who starts treatment with our practice between February 1, 2024, and February 29th, 2024. An official “start” of treatment is defined as signature of contract and down payment made. The new patient must mention the referring patient’s name when scheduling their initial appointment, and an official start of treatment with a scan must be completed between February 1, 2024, and February 29th, 2024, to qualify for the promotion. The referring patient will receive $500 off of their treatment for every friend who starts treatment during the promotion time. The new patient will also receive $500 off their treatment.* If the referring patient is under 18 years old, the patient’s parent or legal guardian will be made aware of any discount applied to their account.
